Hobby House Retreat - is located outside of Middletown, Pennsylvania. We are about 30 minutes from Lancaster, Hershey and Harrisburg off of Highway 283. Our house is situated on 5 acres for a very retreat like feeling, yet we are only 10 minutes from town.

The Crop Room - Each guest has a 6 foot table to work at in one of our two adjoining crop rooms. Special lighting and comfortable chairs will enhance your crafting experience.

Tool Center - An on-site tool center is available for use along with instructional magazines and idea books. A few of these tools include 2 Cricut Expression machines and 35+ cartridges, Cuttlebug machine, punches, cutting tools, corner rounders, and scissors.

On-Site Store - When you just can't find that special touch to finish a page, check out the on-site store which is open during all events. The store is open to the public by appointment when the retreat is not in use.

Fully Equipped Kitchen - The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, coffee maker, toaster, blender and crockpots. The kitchen is equipped with a flat-top oven, microwave, dishwasher and refrigertor. There are also dishes and utensils for use. For a detailed list of items scroll down".

Nautical Bedroom - The 4,400 square foot house contains 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. We have set up sleeping accommodations for 18 guests to enjoy an intimate, relaxing environment (No bunk beds and no one shares a bed!). All bed linens, pillows and towels are included. There are lockers available for use to secure your personal belongings in, in each of the bedrooms.

Groups can rent the house for the weekend, by the day or by the hour. This could be used for a wide variety of events, such as Creative Memories consultant parties, fundraisers, business meetings, family reunions, family vacations, bachelorette parties or just a relaxing weekend away with friends. Groups are responsible for their own meals, including beverages, and we ask you to leave the facility in the same condition as when you arrived. This includes starting the dishwasher and placing dirty linens in a specified area. Special arrangements can be made if you would like your event catered. The rates for group rentals as as follows (Discounts are available for certain non-profit groups, such as home school co-ops)
